Questions you ask us most
What happens if my size is between two sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size. All of our online orders include a leather adjustment insole that you can place inside the ballet flat for a more comfortable, customized fit.
Which ballerinas do you recommend for wide feet?
For wide feet, we recommend suede models, as this material adapts more easily to the shape of the foot, offering greater comfort without losing its shape.
My foot is thin, which model do you recommend?
The model with an adjustable bow can be a great option. The bow isn’t just decorative, it also allows you to adjust the ballet flat to your size.
