I have doubts about the size of my ballerinas.

What happens if my size is between two sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size. All our online orders include an adjustable insole that you can insert inside the ballet flat for a more comfortable fit tailored to your foot.
Which ballerinas do you recommend for wide feet?
For wide feet, we recommend suede models, as this material adapts more easily to the shape of the foot, offering greater comfort without losing its shape.
My foot is thin, which model do you recommend?
The model with an adjustable bow can be a great option. The bow isn’t just decorative, it also allows you to adjust the ballet flat to your size.

How can I find out where my order is?
Once the status of your order has changed to shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and the parcel company will contact you using the email you provided us when placing your order.
