Orders leave our warehouse twice a week. Purchases made on weekends or holidays will generally be processed within 2-3 business days.
All our shipments are made from certified form, with tracking number and delivery with signature. The shipping price already includes handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Unfortunately, the world is not fully developed for free movement, and therefore, the costs of customs, foreign taxes and other fees will fall exclusively on the client.
**In the event that customs procedures are required in your country, Atelier de Ballerinas is not responsible for the extra time required by said procedures.**
Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual at certain times of the year, such as Easter, August holidays, Christmas or public holidays.
We ship from Barcelona and shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the total amount of the order. From a certain amount, shipping costs decrease (or may be free depending on the country). You can check your shipping costs in the table. You can also view them at the time of payment processing, just before confirming your order.
Track your order
At Atelier de Ballerinas we assign a tracking number to each order so that your order will be located at all times. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the client in a certified manner. The client is responsible for the veracity and correctness of the address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.

Modification of data and conditions
Atelier de Ballerinas reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the web (products, prices, promotions and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be previously indicated in the section “Shipping”.
